Do I have to commit to a fixed number of meals?
No fixed package. Add any number of meals. Premium savings scale with qualifying meals in that order only.
Am I locked in? Can I pause or cancel?
You are not locked in. Skip a week by not ordering before cutoff. Turn off recurring in your account. Cancel Premium anytime. Meal orders already placed still fulfill.
Do I need Premium to order?
No. Anyone can order from the weekly menu. Premium only lowers what you pay on qualifying meals and makes home delivery free.
How does Premium billing work?
Premium is $20 per month, or $180 per year. A 6-month option is also available. Savings and free delivery start once payment is confirmed. You still pay for meals at checkout.
What is the difference between Premium and a free account?
A free account gives you portal access, order history, and optional recurring. Premium adds savings on qualifying meals plus free home delivery.
What is the weekly cutoff?
Cutoffs follow the Monday and Thursday delivery schedule: Saturday 11 PM for Monday, Tuesday 11 PM for Thursday.
Gym pickup or home delivery?
Choose home delivery across Houston metro zones or gym pickup at partner locations. You can change it on any order.
