How does Premium billing work?
Premium is a separate membership. Pay monthly, every 6 months, or yearly ($15/mo equivalent on prepaid). Meal discounts and free shipping unlock after payment is confirmed. You still pay for meals at checkout each week.
What’s the difference between Premium and a free account?
A free account gives you portal access, order history, and optional recurring at checkout. Premium adds meal discounts based on how many qualifying meals you order, plus free shipping.
Can I pause or cancel?
Skip a week anytime by not placing an order before cutoff. Update preferences in your account when your schedule changes.
What’s the weekly cutoff?
Order cutoffs follow Squatch’s Monday and Thursday delivery schedule: Saturday 11 PM for Monday, Tuesday 11 PM for Thursday.
Do I have to commit to a fixed number of meals?
No. Build your cart each week. Premium savings scale with qualifying meals in that order. Recurring is optional at checkout.
Gym pickup vs home delivery?
Pick home delivery across Houston metro zones or gym pickup at partner locations. You set the preference during onboarding and can change it later.
